I AM WORKING AT :
TCC @ the central, the japjap place yo!
can see all the ahmohs and jap and posh people (:
its at SOHO- i think 2nd level?
at some cosy corner, which i think the interior design superb la,
nice soft finishing on wall, and the place is fully glass panels with curtain over it,
so its transulcent, nice place.
so guys please visit!
but some stuff to say:
i look freaking weird in the bigbig uniform.
i cant talk to you all like in my previous jobs,
this one more ''high class'', and they like
stricter.
have you seen the menu of tcc?
the cheapest stuff is $4.50- coke sprite.....
go little india buy 1 can 50cents only?
and their coffee can go up to $14 for a cup of coffee,
craziness- but this is due to the coffee beans they use.
like some super ex ex kind. i see also cant afford.
and today i spilled cold water on the table infront of the customer. SHIT.
and i almost drop 2 choc mint frappe, cause this is my first time serving with 1 hand and 1 hand on the tray.
1st day already ask me handle payment, give the creditcard,sign those stuff??!?!?
and the worst is...
HOW DOES PERSIE CARRY LIKE 6 DRINKS IN 1 TRAY. GOSHHHHH.
still need to use 1 hand to hold the tray.
im not even in htm or lrm or even bus school to learn such stuff.
so its so hard for me!
i carry 1 side, then the tray and drinks like shake shake shake.
then i damn scared it will just drop and crash on the carpet ;l
and the drinks and food all so tall and glassy.GAH.
one of the worst thing is that when u serve the drink,
you hold 1 tray on one hand,and the other hand has to pick up
all the stuff on the tray and put it nicely on the table.
and still need to put the tcc coaster,
but i likkkkee the coaster, design damn nice.
but the moment i carry a drink to put on the table.
the tray becomes 1 side heavy 1 side lighter.
then i start panicking cause i dont know if it will fall off.
then by the time i put finish,
my hands are like totally shakey.
HOPEFULLY I GET THIS SERVINIG THING SOON.
2ND FEAR:
I GOT LIKE 60+ DRINKS TO MEMORIZE.

all the coffee like...
no comments.
blue mountain coffee - $13.50 if im not wrong?
1 espresso shot- like 8 bucks.
just plain coffee already freaking ex ;l
and the names all so chiem.
coffee beans itself got like 10?
still got different ways of making it.
pretty cool ,
but the memorizing part. can die.
plus i must know which coffee is bitter? or has alcohol.

the food like all so hard to pronounce,
i all tikam tikam say.
lets not talk about the serving and memorizing part.

STARTING FROM LAST WEEK,
I HAVE NO ALLOWANCE.
thats why im like working and all that ;l
and i still haven do my holiday shopping.
gah.
and asap i need to memorize like 2 menu-drinks and food.
and also memorize the short forms to take orders. gosh
and the cake menu and all that,
especially the carrying part which i suck at.
this is so much harder than cedele,
cause my previous job i had was like.
self service -.- so i dont need to serve.
and the coffee is so much easier and everything else is so much easier.
they just have names like lattee,mocha all that right?
tcc one is like.... macha maccahiato. blue mountain, hazelnut or macedamiea aromic coffee for example -.-
